If we use your audio, it will appear in a special new Podisode segment called &#8220;<strong>Journeys<\/strong>&#8220;. Your contribution Make sure to speak clearly. Do not add any background music and record yourself in a quiet space where you can freely speak. Only 1 submission per member. You can either share a link to your file (cloud storage, or a file sharing site). Or, your can upload your audio directly as long as it is under 50mb in size.  We&#8217;re genuinely delighted by your readiness to open up and share your unique journey with our community.
