We offer uniquely designed, educational services through multimedia as well as theme-related electronic and tangible products. Areas of this portal website are either free or donation-based with access available only to its members who 18 years of age or older.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymous-string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Contact form information is collected typically by most sites with members as part of a mailing list and as an optional members gateway. Information sent to PharohsHouse.com using any of our contact forms is never shared nor used for marketing purposes. 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with any third party. Our online store may opt in the future to use Google Analytics which does collect data. It is suggested that you select “opt-out” from your google account if you do not want your data used by Google Analytics. We will publicly announce if we do include Analytics.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

This site uses (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

What data breach procedures we have in place

The data we collect is never shared, and it is not of a sensitive nature. Our online shop does not collect payment information, such as credit / debit card, or ACH data. We use third party payment systems such as Stripe(coming soon) and Paypal. When you make a purchase from us, the payment is processed 100% by those 3rd party payment systems. We share no liability legally or otherwise with these parties. We do recommend that whenever you make a purchase from us or any online e-commerce site, that you do some from a “safe” computer (one that has been swept for malware using a thorough protective application) and from a safe location.

What third parties we receive data from

As mentioned we may opt to use Google Analytics and may in the future use the services of another marketing analytics provider. The information we receive from them only pertains to region, demographics, and website user metrics such as referring website, browser and operating system. 

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We do not use automated profiling nor decision making. 

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

PharohsHouse.com is neither a publicly nor privately traded company, and therefore we are exempt from reporting to such agencies as the SEC. We are not an EU based organization. Our site is hosted by a North American hosting company. We are not a non-profit charitable organization. As faith-based, non-501 organization, we are exempt from any disclosure or reporting requirements.
