Automated Access and Artificial Intelligence Policies
The PharohsHouse Community (PHC) and PharohsHouse Online Library (PHOL) constitute a protected, living collection of spirimental, philosophical, scientific, technical and cultural contributions, not an unstructured dataset. All automated interactions with this digital repository are actively monitored and regulated.
Section 1: Prohibition on Unauthorized AI Model Training
The use of any content from the PharohsHouse Archive for the training, development, or enhancement of artificial intelligence models—including but not limited to large language models, machine learning systems, or derivative generative systems—is expressly forbidden without prior, explicit, written consent from PharohsHouse Online Library (PHOL). This prohibition is legally binding and encompasses, without limitation:
- Any automated scraping, harvesting, or systematic downloading of content for inclusion in AI/ML datasets.
- Any form of text and data mining (TDM) intended for model input, training, or the creation of derivative systems.
Organizations or developers seeking such authorization must contact PharohsHouse Online Library (PHOL) to negotiate a formal licensing agreement prior to any data collection or use.
Section 2: Automated Access Compliance and robots.txt Directives
All automated systems, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, and intelligent agents, are legally required to comply fully with the directives specified in this site’s robots.txt file. Disallow directives explicitly define prohibited areas and uses. Any access attempt that violates these published directives, regardless of purpose, constitutes an unauthorized access and a material breach of the Terms of Service governing this site.
Section 3: Rate Limiting and Infrastructure Protection
To ensure service stability and equitable access for human users, a strict rate limit of one request per second per IP address or user agent is enforced. Any activity exceeding this threshold is deemed abusive and may result in, at the sole discretion of PharohsHouse Online Library (PHOL):
- Immediate and potentially permanent termination of access.
- Legal investigation and pursuit of all available remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, in cases of sustained or willful abuse.
This policy is maintained to safeguard server integrity and to preserve the contemplative nature of this digital community.
This is the official Pharohshouse.com online presence and website with the URL, https://pharohshouse.com/, the bona fide home for our community, learning materials, commerce, and primary services.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. User comments are neither expected to be, nor open for material for A.I. model learning-training, data mining, or any other automated data collectors.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, such as a profile avatar, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Forms
Form data is not collected nor stored on this site or its servers. Your form data would only be saved by you, if you have enabled an Autofill app or plugin on your browser
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. Otherwise this site does not share any information with any third party.
How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Otherwise no personal data is sent to any third party.
