For this article I’ve compiled a list of the top six parasites that affect sentients. These parasites target sentient gonads, endocrine organs, and other essential grids that severely impact health. These parasites exert their effects either directly by invading tissues or indirectly by triggering immune responses or inflammation. These parasites target the regenerative organ grid with devastating effects if they go unchecked. One of the more notable examples is *Schistosoma* species, or blood flukes, responsible for causing schistosomiasis. This disease, particularly from *Schistosoma haematobium, is associated with urogenital complications. Though it can affect females, males are the primary target. The parasite’s presence can lead to scarring in the bladder and, in severe cases, even affect the testes and other reproductive organs, causing damage that may impair reproductive health.
